Softr Project - Pitch Feedback App
Context
I've attended many Hackathons, Pitch Battles, Pitch Nights and startup weekends in the past few years. They are catalysts for the startup community since they have the spirit of 'doing'. All community members can engage from the founders to the investors, educational institutions, service providers, corporates, investors and any ecosystem supporter.
One gap I've noticed is when these events wrap up in a demo day or pitch, is that the feedback from the judges and / or viewers is lost. It's like a post-it note that is stuck on a wall and left behind.
I wanted to create a solution to help startup ecosystem builders make more of an impact by capturing the pitch feedback for the founders to see an reference after the event.
Approach
I created a Softr application so that the local startup community can give founders feedback during or after a pitch. The feedback is a quick rating as wells as qualitative text. Softr connects to an Airtable database to store the pitch event and feedback data.
This solution is web responsive and works great on mobile devices.
